De Vries will partner with the more experienced Yuki Tsunoda in 2023. He’s been at Scuderia AlphaTauri the previous two seasons, and was 17th in the standings last year with 12 points.
But while the newcomer could be considered a rookie in F1 circuits, he has quite a bit of racing experience on his resume. Among other titles, de Vries is the Formula 2 and Formula E champion.
