Jonathan Majors keeps the body in shape.
The actor made waves with his body in “Creed III,” “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” and Sundance Film Festival favorite, Magazine Dreams.
He told me he wouldn’t rehearse not once, but twice before the Oscars on Sunday. “I’ll get up and go to the gym, have a big breakfast, wash my face, and then I’ll really scrub my face because I’m doing the show tomorrow,” said Majors at Charles Finch and Chanel. Oscar dinner at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday night. “I’ll probably go to the gym twice. I won’t stop until 4 in the morning. It will be great.”
His breakfast before the Oscars? “I’m going to be staying at this hotel with a really nice steak, so it’s probably going to be the wagyu steak. Protein is good. Everyone should eat protein before daylight saving time. It will keep you grounded. Carbs will make you crazy.”

Majors also focused on Michael Jordan’s new deal with Amazon to expand the “Creed” universe in film and television for Amazon. “I know that’s always been an ambition of Brother Michael,” Majors said. “I don’t know how far he’s going to take it. I’ve seen some very exciting things. It’s running now. He’s got the ball. He’s going to run with it.”
Majors declined to say if it will become part of the “Creed” universe. “I will participate as Brother Michael will allow me,” he said.
Chanel’s dinner once again proved to be an A-list affair. On the arrival’s black carpet, Kristen Stewart ran to embrace Kidman before the two posed for pictures together. Then Marion Cotillard joined them. The guest list also included Jordan, Tessa Thompson, Marion Cotillard, Ariana DeBose, Keri Condon, Andrea Riseborough, Riz Ahmed, Patty Jenkins, Ted Sarandos, Nicole Avant, Daniel Kaluuya, Kyra Sedgwick, Sigourney Weaver, Sarah Polley, Minnie Driver, Beatrice Grannow , Camila Morrone, Ava DuVernay, Sofia Boutella, Rita Ora, Kevin Bacon, Harvey Keitel, Jason Clarke, Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, Lily James, Jerry Bruckheimer, Brie Larson, Oliver Stone, Jeremy O’Harris, Judd Apatow, Robin Ostlund, and Simon Kinberg, Scott Stuber, and Rachel Zoe.
At cocktail hour, DeBose is seen chatting with Garfield and then with her “prom” co-star Kidman. Stewart was joined by her fiancé, Dylan Meyer. Idris Elba snuck out before dinner started as did Ari Emmanuel.

Earlier in the evening, Giorgio Armani celebrated “everything everywhere at once” star Michelle Yeoh at his annual pre-Oscars party on Saturday at the fashion house’s Rodeo Drive.
Roberta Armani hosted a packed house that included Yeoh co-stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Ke Hui Quan, Harry Shum Jr., and Jenny Slate. “EEAAO” star Stephanie Hsu showed up early, but had to take off before most of the other people arrived because she had to go to the Dolby Theater to rehearse her Oscars performance.
